Information We Process

The information we process depends on which product you use. In general, our products may process:

• Information you choose to enter into a tool, form, game, or app.
• Device, browser, language, approximate region, and usage information needed to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and understand basic product performance.
• Support messages you send to us, including your email address and the content of your request.
• Purchase or subscription status when an app uses Google Play Billing.

We do not sell personal information. We do not add advertising identifiers, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics SDKs to a product unless that product's page or app release clearly says so.

Websites And Browser Products

Our websites are hosted on Cloudflare Pages and may be delivered through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, URL, and security signals to provide hosting, routing, caching, DDoS protection, and abuse prevention.

Some pages may link to external websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies, not by CloveCode Studio.

SoloLedger Bookkeeping

SoloLedger Bookkeeping is a bookkeeping and evidence archive app for solo business owners, freelancers, consultants, and independent operators. The app helps users record income and expenses, attach proof files, and export ledger packages.

SoloLedger Data

SoloLedger processes data that users choose to enter or attach:

• Business profile details, such as business name, owner name, and base currency.
• Ledger entries, such as dates, amounts, categories, notes, tags, customers, and vendors.
• Proof files selected by the user, such as receipts, screenshots, PDFs, images, and documents.
• Subscription status required to unlock Pro features through Google Play Billing.

Local-First Storage

Ledger data is stored in the app database on the user's device. Proof files are encrypted before they are written to app-private storage. Android system cloud backup is disabled for app files and databases by default.

Sharing And Export

When the user exports a ledger package, the app creates a ZIP file containing the selected period's ledger, manifest, and proof files. The user controls where that package is shared or saved.

Purchases

SoloLedger uses Google Play Billing to process subscriptions. Google Play may process purchase and subscription information needed to complete and manage purchases. SoloLedger does not receive or store payment card numbers.

Analytics, Ads, And Crash Reporting

SoloLedger's current build does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or crash reporting SDKs. If a future website, tool, game, or app adds analytics, ads, crash reporting, or account features, we will update the relevant product disclosure before launch or release.

Data Retention And Deletion

For SoloLedger, ledger entries and proof files remain on the user's device until the user deletes them or uninstalls the app. Users can delete ledger entries and proof files inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes local app data from the device.

For support emails, we keep messages only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain service records, or meet legal and security obligations.

Security

We use practical safeguards appropriate for small static websites and local-first apps. SoloLedger encrypts proof files before storing them in app-private storage. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so users should keep device software updated and protect access to their devices.

Children

CloveCode Studio products are not intended to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request.

No Tax Or Legal Advice

SoloLedger is a bookkeeping and evidence archive tool. It does not provide tax, legal, audit, or accounting advice and does not claim compliance with any specific country's tax filing system.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as CloveCode Studio adds more websites, tools, games, or apps. The "Last updated" date will change when the policy is revised.
